How to Register for the 2013-2014 School Year:

January 28  In-House Registration (Current Preschool Students and St. Peter’s Church members.)   

January 29  Open Registration will be open to the community.

Two ways to register:

  1. Click to download appropriate Registration Form Below.
  2. Pick up registration forms at the preschool or St. Peter's Church office.  The church and preschool are located at 3106 E. Carmel Dr, Carmel, IN 46033. Preschool office hours are 8:30-1:30 M-F.  Church office hours are 8:30-5:00 M-F.Complete the registration form and return with a $100.00 non-refundable registration fee. 

Forms can be mailed or dropped off to the preschool office.  Placements are made in the order registration forms are received. 

You will receive an e-mail confirmation no later than a week after the registration has been received.
