Mission to El Salvador – Informational Meeting January 15

St. Peter’s plans to return to El Salvador for study and mission work in the summer of 2009.  As with our past trip, we will focus on a deeper understanding of the churches and communities that have adopted the preferential option for the poor and the inspiration of the martyrs. We intend to visit parishes and their community programs, youth and women’s groups, ecumenical organizations, human rights advocates and martyr sites as well as taking time for reflection.

Because of the groundwork that has been laid during our first trip and since then, we hope to have hands-on experiences in working with the people of El Salvador.  Join us for an information meeting on Thursday, January 15 at 7:00p.m.  Contact Kent Newton at knewton@nbbplaw.com for more information.
